Refund policy
At Afzal Ahmad Traders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or physically damaged items.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
